Orthopedic Surgeon and Traumatologist – Medicus Bonus Hospital, Poland
Dr n. med. Piotr Krawczuk is a specialist in orthopedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences (Karol Marcinkowski). Since 2001 he has worked as a senior assistant at the Provincial Hospital in Poznan, Department of Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery of the Musculoskeletal System.
He specializes in foot surgery (hallux valgus / “bunions”, hammer toes), knee surgery, trauma surgery, arthroscopic treatment and carpal tunnel syndrome. He performs lower-limb joint endoprosthesis. At Medicus Bonus hospital in Środa Wielkopolska he specializes in ACL and PCL reconstruction (anterior and posterior cruciate ligament).
He is a member of the Polish Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology (PTOiTr) and the Polish Foot and Ankle Society (PFAS). In October 2021 he defended his PhD dissertation: “Evaluation of the results of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using a synthetic polyethylene terephthalate implant”, under the supervision of dr hab. Łukasz Kubaszewski, prof. UMP.
